Job description

We are looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team. The role involves designing, implementing, and developing solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in digital transformation projects.

The position combines consulting, technical, and business skills with a strong focus on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities also include participation in integration and migration projects and supporting pre-sales activities.

The ideal candidate can translate business needs into effective technological solutions and thrives in an environment combining consulting, delivery, and solution architecture.

Your tasks

• Conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping
• Designing and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Executing integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Advising on selecting solutions that meet the organization's business needs
• Collaborating with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end project execution
• Participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution concept preparation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in projects based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and working with business stakeholders
• Familiarity with system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment
• Ability to independently design solutions combining business and technical aspects
• Very good command of English enabling work in an international environment
• Required presence in Poland
