Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join our Microsoft Business Applications team. You will design, implement, and develop enterprise solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in digital transformation projects.

The role blends consulting, technical, and business analysis, with emphasis on process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. You will drive end-to-end delivery, support integration and migration efforts, and contribute to

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and working with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment.
• Ability to independently design solutions combining business and technical aspects.
• Very good English to work in an international environment.
• Presence in Poland.
