Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland SP. Z O.O. in Kraków is seeking a PMO professional to establish and maintain project management standards, governance, and portfolio oversight. You will ensure projects align with business objectives and are delivered on scope, budget, and timelines.

You will drive best practices, support decision-making with effective reporting, and promote continuous improvement across the project portfolio, building executive dashboards and KPIs for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with PMO and portfolio management tools.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure governance processes and standards.
• Conduct project reviews and QA checks.
• Support risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Monitor portfolio performance and reporting.
• Track budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Prepare executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Support resource planning and forecasting.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Identify optimization opportunities.
