Job summary

Job description

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Strong experience in PMO Portfolio Management Programme Governance or Delivery Management
• Very good understanding of portfolio management frameworks methodologies and best practices
• Experience monitoring large and complex technology portfolios
• Strong planning dependency management RAID management and portfolio health reporting skills
• Proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent presentation communication and executive reporting capabilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to align multiple teams around shared outcomes
• Proactive problem-solving negotiation and recommendation development skills
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to deliver under pressure and challenging timelines
• Experience with annual planning resource supply and demand management and capacity assessments
• Strong understanding of financial planning forecasting and variance management
• Knowledge of project accounting principles including cash direct costs and PL accounting
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills including preparation of senior management reports
• Knowledge of technology infrastructure products platforms cloud services and financial technology environments
• Strong time management organization and continuous improvement capabilities
