Job summary

BNP Paribas Asset Management is seeking a Portfolio Project Manager to govern, monitor, and financially manage our IT project portfolio. The role focuses on providing visibility into status and costs to support senior management decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT Project Portfolio Management, strong analytics, and experience with Clarity PPM. We offer a hybrid work mode with 50% home office within Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience with portfolio governance, financial management and investment processes.
• Strong Excel and Power Query skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Clarity PPM or similar PPM tools.
• Fluent English; French would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and govern IT project portfolio performance (budgets, costs, risks, timelines).

Portfolio Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Portfolio Manager responsible for the governance, monitoring, and financial management of the IT project portfolio. The key role is to guarantee the management of the IT project portfolio, to share a good level of visibility on the project portfolio, both in terms of status and costs, in order to help senior management in decision-making.

Requirements

• Monitor project portfolio performance including budgets, costs, risk, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead IT governance and investment committees and prepare reporting for senior management
• Ensure compliance with Group IT and Finance standards and investment processes
• Analyse portfolio data, identify gaps and risk, and provide recommendations
• Support annual IT budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure accurate portfolio data in Clarity PPM or similar PPM tools
• Drive continuous improvements of portfolio management processes and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Business, Finance and Procurement

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in IT Project Portfolio Management
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, financial management and investment processes
• Experience with Clarity PPM or a similar PPM tool
• Strong Excel and Power Query skills
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Fluent English (French would be a plus)
