Job summary

PeopleCert Group is seeking a Remote Online Exams & Customer Experience Assistant - Polish Speaking to support candidates, centers, and partners across time zones. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure a smooth certification process.

duties include online proctoring, exam administration, and cross-team collaboration. The role demands strong English/Polish skills, computer literacy, and flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is an asset.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Experience in certification/training fields is a plus.
• Strong customer satisfaction orientation is essential.
• Excellent command of English and Polish (native-like or C2 level preferred).
• Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advanced is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, centers, and stakeholders via email, chat, and phone.
• Oversee secure, fair conduct of exams and enforce rules to preserve integrity.
• Perform back-office tasks: registrations, scheduling, and result processing; maintain accurate records.
