Job summary

QLF Brands is seeking a multilingual Customer Service employee for our head office in Barcelona with options to work from home. You will be the first contact for customers via email, phone or chat across Europe, fluently using English and another language such as Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Greek.

You will log orders, shipments and returns in our CRM, support foreign teams, and provide accurate problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong communication skills for chat and email.
• Comfort with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work within European working hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00).

Responsibilities

• You will be the first contact for customers via email, telephone or chat.
• Support European customers to assist foreign service teams.
• Translate problems into solutions and document orders, shipments and returns in our CRM.
• Undergo training before working independently and collaborate with colleagues.
