Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Polish Speaking Player Support Specialist for Gaming Account in Bulgaria. You will provide high-level technical and account assistance to players within the Gaming & Esports sector and coordinate with international teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires Polish fluency, strong English, and a genuine passion for gaming. Relocation to Sofia is supported, with training and a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver omnichannel support to Polish-speaking players for gaming accounts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, billing questions, and gameplay concerns.
• Maintain high quality and productivity to ensure player satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate game updates, patches, and news to users in Polish.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and report issues impacting player experience.
• Foster a welcoming community across platforms and channels.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases to improve support efficiency.
