Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist for a Gaming Account in Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality assistance via chat, email, and tickets, troubleshoot access and payments, and act as a brand ambassador for clients in the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.

The role requires native Italian and English communication, a passion for gaming, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Relocation may be offered.

Qualifications

• In-depth Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English for communication with teams and players.
• Experience in customer support or gaming services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to gaming community members via live chat, email, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot account access, payment methods, and in-game performance issues.
• Act as a brand ambassador for clients in Gaming & Esports.
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics and updates to assist players.
• Gather feedback to improve the gaming experience for Italian players.
• Meet SLAs while delivering premium customer care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex bugs to development.
