Relocation to Sofia is fully covered, with training, health insurance, a monthly salary plus performance bonus, and a €1,500 signing bonus. Fluency in Polish and English is required to join our international team.

Qualifications

• Must be native or fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer support is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency for collaboration with international team.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients across multiple digital channels.
• Resolve complex inquiries with a focus on high-quality customer experience and brand loyalty.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professional communication standards for this Polish Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support workflows and enhance service efficiency.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the customer support lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in our internal CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
• Relocate to Sofia and start contributing to our Polish-speaking client base.
