Qualifications

• Coordination and technical supervision of construction works per contract requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Polish language is required.
• Organize and supervise subordinate employees.
• Quality-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to undertake periodic business travel to Freyssinet Polska sites.
• Experience in preparing construction cost estimates would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and technical supervision of construction works in accordance with contract requirements, technical documentation, and project schedules.
• Inspection and verification of the quality of completed works.
• Supervision and coordination of the work of construction personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintaining construction site documentation.
• Cooperation with all parties involved in the construction process.
• Compliance with health and safety (HSE) regulations.
