Job summary

MHP Construction sp. z o.o. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a crew on reinforced concrete and structural shell works on site in Poland. You will oversee on-site operations, allocate tasks, ensure quality, and maintain schedules.

Collaborating with the site manager and general contractor, you will safeguard safety and productivity across stable, long-term projects while coordinating across Poland and Europe as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of RC technology and formwork.
• Team leadership skills.
• Readiness to work in PL and Europe.
