Job summary

Soletanche Freyssinet in Warszawa is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to coordinate and technically supervise ongoing build works, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and project schedules. You will inspect quality, manage site documentation, and liaise with subcontractors and engineers while maintaining HSE standards.

Polish language is required, and periodic travel to Freyssinet Polska sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Coordination and technical supervision of construction works per contract requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Polish language is required.
• Organize and supervise subordinate employees.
• Quality-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to undertake periodic business travel to Freyssinet Polska sites.
• Experience in preparing construction cost estimates would be advantageous.
