Job summary

VINCI is seeking a construction supervisor to oversee site activities in Poland. The role focuses on coordinating technical work in line with contract requirements, schedules, and documentation.

You will ensure quality control and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining thorough project records. The position requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Able to organize and supervise subordinate employees.
• Willing to travel periodically to Freyssinet Polska sites.

Responsibilities

• Polish language is requiered

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to organize and supervise the work of subordinate employees.
• Quality-oriented approach and ability to independently carry out assigned tasks.
• Willingness to undertake periodic business travel to construction sites executed by Freyssinet Polska.
• Experience in preparing construction cost estimates would be an advantage.
