PayTech Academy seeks senior Polish-speaking professionals to deliver in-country training for issuer sales teams. The role focuses on strengthening product knowledge, improving sales capability, and enabling teams to secure better deals efficiently.

You will collaborate with the PayTech Academy team to tailor training content for the local market, conduct rehearsals, and lead delivery with full support. Training duration is 1–3 days, pending final confirmation.

Qualifications

• Native or professional business-level fluency in Polish.
• Hands-on experience in commercial card / payment sales (issuing side).
• Leadership background (Director, VP or above).
• Experience managing sales teams or functions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-person, in-country training sessions to issuer sales teams and leaders.
• Tailor training content for the local market in collaboration with the PayTech Academy team.
• Conduct training rehearsals and deliver execution with full support from the core PayTech team.
• Training is planned for 1–3 days, subject to final confirmation.
