ADDENDUM is seeking an experienced IT services professional to bring new business in Poland. You will leverage your network for IT staffing, team augmentation, and software development services.

You will manage client accounts, work with leadership to craft solutions, and grow Addendum's international footprint. This fully remote role offers a partnership-based compensation model and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Proven experience selling IT staffing, team augmentation or IT outsourcing services.
• Established network of Polish-based decision-makers and potential clients.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Mansioni

• Use your network to identify and win new clients for IT staffing and software development services.
• Manage business opportunities from initial introduction through negotiations and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with the clients you bring to Addendum.
• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Contribute to the growth of Addendum's international business.
