Job summary

ADDENDUM is seeking an experienced IT services professional to bring new business and build long-term client relationships in Poland. This is a B2B, contract-based role with a partnership-based compensation model designed for aggressive performance-based earnings rather than a high fixed salary.

You will leverage your established network of Polish decision-makers to win clients for IT staffing, team augmentation and software development services, manage opportunities end-to-end, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling IT staffing, team augmentation or IT outsourcing services, with a track record of generating new business.
• Established network of Polish-based decision-makers and potential clients.
• Experience in IT services, software development, IT consulting, outsourcing or team augmentation.
• Ability to manage client relationships, understand commercial opportunities and work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to build a business.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Use your network to win new IT staffing, team augmentation and software development clients.
• Manage opportunities from intro to negotiations and deal closure.
• Build and maintain client relationships to expand accounts and recurring business.
• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to develop solutions and ensure client success.
• Grow Addendum's international business with potential to lead a local team.
