Footballco is seeking an organised HR Manager for Poland to serve as the primary contact for our c50 Polish employees, delivering end-to-end HR and payroll services across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead the Polish e-Akta rollout, ensure GDPR/RODO compliance, manage onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and liaison with our global HR team on international administration. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in Poland, handling end-to-end HR for ~50 employees.
• Deep knowledge of Polish Labour Law and local payroll practices.
• Experience setting up and administering Polish e-Akta and using eIDAS signatures.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary HR contact for ~50 Polish employees, covering onboarding to offboarding.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and labour law.
• Lead Polish e-Akta rollout and ensure GDPR/RODO compliance.
• Migrate and digitise HR archives, ensuring 100% compliant electronic records.
• Manage contracts, annexes, certificates, and termination documents.
• Oversee induction, probation reviews, leave, and benefits administration.
• Support global HR transactions and onboarding/offboarding for non-Polish staff.
• Contribute to global HR projects and policy rollouts.
