• Act as the primary liaison between customers, drivers, and dealers to swiftly resolve breakdown issues and facilitate vehicle uptime.
• Manage breakdown cases across Europe, communicating fluently in the customer's native language and efficiently navigating designated systems for essential information.
• Prioritize customer needs and adhere to established breakdown processes with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
• Foster a positive, proactive attitude, continually striving to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
