Job summary

AP Companies is expanding and seeks a Polish and English-speaking candidate for a day-shift role with a 2/2 rotation schedule. You will manage medical treatment cases globally, communicate with providers and clients, and ensure GDPR compliance.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, PC proficiency, and the ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection. 9:00 AM–9:00 PM Polish time shifts are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Able to work remotely with reliable internet and a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Timely receive, register, process and report on medical treatment cases worldwide.
• Maintain communication with medical providers, insured members, and clients by email and phone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to international regulations, including GDPR, when handling data.
