Job summary

OSW Group seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing engagement with solar installer partners in Poland. You will guide partners through onboarding, adoption and integration into daily workflows, collaborating closely with Product, Development and Support teams to optimize outcomes.

The role requires fluency in Polish and English, familiarity with the solar market and the ability to travel within Poland to support installer engagement and market development.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer success or similar role within a technology or B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with the Spanish solar market and installer networks.
• Experience with technology products and understanding user workflows.
• Ability to identify potential customers and partners and contribute to regional go-to-market planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify installer partners in Poland and build relationships for regional growth.
• Onboard new installation partners and guide them through first projects using GreenSketch.
• Drive adoption and integrate GreenSketch into daily planning and documentation workflows.
• Act as trusted advisor to installer partners, helping realise product value and resolve challenges.
• Provide regional go-to-market insights and feedback to product teams.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions and customer meetings.
• Monitor activity, address adoption barriers and deepen usage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align regional needs with product priorities.
• Travel within Poland for meetings and events.
