Job summary

OSW Poland is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to build and lead our Polish operations as we expand across Europe. You will own day-to-day warehouse, logistics, and supply chain activities, with cross-functional collaboration to scale processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with experience managing warehouse, logistics, or broader operations teams.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems; data-driven approach to performance.
• Polish native speaker with good English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across warehouse, inventory & logistics.
• Manage inbound/outbound transport and 3PL partners.
• Lead, coach & develop the operations team.
• Monitor operational KPIs, reporting & performance.
• Drive process improvement and cost control.
• Oversee WMS, ERP and operational systems.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance.

We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Poland

OSW is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help build and lead our operations in Poland. As we expand across Europe, this is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing renewable energy business and take real ownership of building an efficient, scalable operation from the ground up.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead our day-to-day operations across:

• Warehouse, inventory & logistics
• Inbound/outbound transport and 3PL partners
• Team leadership, coaching & development
• Operational KPIs, reporting & performance
• Process optimisation and continuous improvement
• Cost control and operational efficiency
• WMS, ERP and operational systems
• Health, safety and compliance

You’ll work closely with our Global Logistics team and European leadership to establish strong processes and support the continued growth of the Polish business.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a hands-on operational leader with experience managing warehouse, logistics, supply chain or broader operations teams.

You’ll ideally bring

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems
• A data-driven approach to performance and continuous improvement
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with transport/3PL partners
• Native Polish and good English
• Solar/renewable energy experience is a plus, but not essential
