Portwest, a leading global PPE manufacturer, seeks an Area Sales Manager for Central Poland based in the Masovian Voivodeship. This full-time role reports to the Country Manager and focuses on growing distributor networks and end-user sales across the region.

You will leverage PPE/workwear experience to build relationships, conduct face-to-face meetings, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored sales plans and proposals. Travel is required across the designated territory.

Formación

• 4–5 years' experience in PPE, workwear or safety wear sales.
• Polish native level and high English proficiency.
• Experience selling for a manufacturer, distributor, reseller or agent.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Build quality business relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Conduct daily face-to-face sales meetings with distributors, resellers and agents.
• Identify existing customers with high growth potential and create a development roadmap.
• Identify new business opportunities and complete sales planning schedule.
• Utilise strategies to win new business on a continuous basis.
• Engage in consultative selling by identifying customers’ needs and providing Portwest solutions.
• Develop proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Focus on selling new Portwest products by bringing samples to meetings.
• Ensure effective follow-up to close sales.
• Conduct market intelligence and participate in trade shows, seminars and exhibitions.
• Promote distributor promotions to end users.
