Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Kraków is seeking an HR Partner to provide operational HR support, focusing on Polish HR administration and employment law. You will drive employee lifecycle activities, ensure compliance, and support regional processes using HR systems and case management tools.

The role emphasizes service excellence, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with local, regional and global HR teams. It is a 12-month fixed-term assignment with a hybrid work model in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology or another related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations/administration/Employee Lifecycle.
• Practical knowledge of Polish labour law and employment processes.
• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) and case management (ServiceNow) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support to employees and managers in Poland, plus select regional countries.
• Handle Employee Lifecycle activities: onboarding, Time & Absence, Benefits, Pension, separation.
• Manage HR data in Workday and related systems; prepare reports and audits.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Polish HR requirements.
• Support automation, self-service, knowledge management and continuous process improvement.
