Job summary

Bullfinch is seeking an HR Operations Lead to own the full employee lifecycle in Poland and coordinate HR operations across Cyprus, the UK, Dubai and other group entities. You will be the on-site HR contact in Poland, handling onboarding, Polish labour-law compliance, payroll inputs, benefits and employee support.

The role requires hands-on, autonomous work as the sole HR presence on site, with occasional travel to other Group offices. Fluency in Polish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR Operations, People Operations, or a related HR function.
• At least 3 years running HR operations in Poland.
• Strong knowledge of Polish Labour Code and HR administration.
• Solid understanding of EU GDPR and its application to employee data.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, advanced Excel, and automation interest.
• Experience with process design and continuous improvement in HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site HR point of contact for Poland, owning complete employee lifecycle.
• Run onboarding end-to-end: contracts, medicals, health & safety training, ZUS, PPK, Day 1 readiness.
• Maintain Poland personnel files and Polish labour-law compliant records.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs for Poland and coordinate external payroll providers.
• Coordinate HR operations across Cyprus, UK, Dubai, and other entities for consistency.
• Own HRIS configuration, workflows, data quality, and privacy governance.
• Support compliance activities, audits, and GDPR requirements in Poland and other entities.
