Job summary

G2 Travel is seeking a Destination Manager to lead FIT hotel contracting in Poland. You will own the commercial relationship and secure competitive rates and terms for our portfolio.

The role is remote/home-based within Poland, with travel for hotel visits and industry events. You will analyse market data, identify strategic accounts, monitor rate competitiveness, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to drive growth for the Polish portfolio.

Qualifications

• Exceptional negotiation skills interacting with hotel management and owners.
• Significant and recent experience with hotel contracting in the destination.
• Strong commercial skills with knowledge of hotel distribution channels and technology.
• Driven to succeed with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Polish.
• Proficient at evaluating data to drive growth strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate exclusive rates, inventory and conditions with hotels.
• Meet room night and revenue targets through rate optimization.
• Be the hotel expert for assigned region with in-depth market knowledge.
• Identify strategic accounts and new suppliers within the market.
• Monitor competitiveness of negotiated rates and contracted allocations.
• Provide feedback and ideas to management and lead ad-hoc projects.
• Lead training and coaching as required.
• Represent G2 Travel at trade shows and events.
• Conduct regular hotel visits and business trips within contracting area.
