Job summary

Gleeds in Warsaw seeks an experienced cost management professional to support cost management services across Gleeds’ Poland business. You will plan and manage project execution, control budgets, and prepare tender documents and cost estimates to support large-scale investments.

The role requires strong teamwork and flexibility to travel to implement projects with partners. Candidates should have 5+ years in cost management or budgeting, knowledge of the Polish market, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management or estimating construction budgets.
• Strong knowledge of local Polish market, prices and partners.
• Ability to work in a team and follow internal procedures.
• Construction licenses are preferred but not required.
• Willingness to adapt to company standards and work on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing project execution in line with budget and Gleeds quality standards.
• Financial management and ongoing analysis and budget control of the investment.
• Preparation of tender documentation and cost estimates.
• Participation in negotiations with bidders and contractors.
• Ongoing cost control and optimization.
• Preparing and checking cost calculations and quotations.
• Preparation of statements, reports and financial analyses.
