Our client is an international hospitality group belonging to one of the world’s largest hotel holdings. The Group operates more than 1,700 hotels ranging from 1 to 5 stars across 70 countries and is currently expanding its presence in Europe, with a particular focus on Poland and Central & Eastern Europe.
As part of its continued expansion, the company is creating a strategic position of Development Manager Poland & CEE, whose main objective will be to grow the hotel portfolio by identifying new investment opportunities, sourcing locations, and building relationships with investors and business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the market development strategy for Poland and the CEE region,
- Identifying new locations for hotel investments and sourcing attractive assets,
- Building and developing a network of investors, property owners and business partners,
- Coordinating market analyses and investment feasibility studies,
- Developing relationships with local stakeholders, including authorities, advisors, intermediaries and business partners,
- Preparing investment proposals and presenting them to decision-makers,
- Managing projects from the identification of an investment opportunity through to contract signing,
- Working closely with internal teams throughout project development,
- Representing the company at industry events and strengthening its presence in the market,
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of business development processes.
The position involves frequent business travel.
Candidate profile
- Higher education, preferably in business, real estate, hospitality or a related field,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development, investment or real estate within the hospitality sector,
- Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.

- Financial and market analysis,
