Job summary

Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in Programme Management, Transformation Management, or Large-Scale Service Delivery.
- Proven experience leading complex digital transformation, service transition, or first-of-kind programmes.
- Experience managing managers and senior delivery leads within matrixed environments.
- Strong governance, risk management, escalation management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and executive teams.
- Strong ITIL and Service Management expertise.
- Ability to leverage current Generative AI technologies in day-to-day business activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation programmes from solution commitment through operational handover and stabilization.
- Drive alignment between solution design, build, transition, operational readiness, and business outcomes.
- Establish and manage programme governance, readiness reviews, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and accountability across multiple workstreams.
- Act as the primary interface for business, delivery, client, and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure delivered capabilities are operationally ready, adopted, and performing successfully before transition into ongoing operations.
- Lead effectively in complex, high-risk environments where multiple activities are delivered in parallel.
