Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead to join our team in Poland. You will design and implement change management strategies, partner with leadership, and help projects achieve adoption and transformation goals.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, training development, and metrics to measure adoption. Strong English, program management credentials, and experience with large-scale transformations are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of organizational change management experience.
• 2+ years delivering impact assessments, training, and communications.
• 2+ years leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with transformation goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Design and execute strategic communications for plans tailored to projects.
• Identify stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input and provide updates.
• Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of change and communication efforts.
• Use data-driven insights to improve change management and communications.
• Evaluate readiness and define mitigation actions for change risks in Global Project Management.
• Partner with Process Governance to assess impacts to operating models and processes.
• Create communication materials and enablement assets, training strategies, and adoption tools.
• Establish and manage champion networks and training delivery.
• Mitigation plans for adoption, capability, and capacity risks.
• Other duties as assigned.
