Job summary

ELEKS is seeking a Project Coordinator in Poland to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. You will liaise with stakeholders, monitor progress, and help improve processes across IT support projects.

The role requires experience in IT project management, knowledge of ITIL, and strong communication in English. It offers a dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in IT project management.
• Familiarity with ITIL is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of IT system and project life-cycles.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operations and feature development from initiation to closure within budget, schedule, and resource limits.
• Organize the team to restore normal production operations, collaborating with stakeholders for timely resolution and updates.
• Communicate client business needs to the project team.
• Define and manage the project scope.
• Develop and execute the project plan and revise as needed.
• Forecast, track and manage budgets, ensure timely invoicing.
• Define, implement and monitor quality standards on deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of service operations.
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications.
• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Identify resources and collaborate to acquire them.
• Build and nurture an effective project team and mentor members.
