Job summary

JP.cars, a fast-growing AI-native SaaS platform for the European automotive sector, is hiring a Business Development Director B2B Poland to drive growth remotely from Poland.

You’ll own Polish B2B growth from lead to deal, build a strong client network and partner with HQ in Amsterdam to scale reference customers across Europe.

Native Polish plus English are essential; German or French are a plus. A competitive base salary and bonuses await a proven sales leader.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in business development or sales in tech/auto/AI SaaS
• Strong automotive network with B2B traders and auction houses
• Proven track record in new business and closing deals
• Native Polish and fluent English; German or French a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach key accounts in the Polish B2B automotive sector
• Convince clients of the value of our AI-native SaaS solution
• Translate strategic growth plans into concrete actions
• Work closely with HQ to share market insights and best practices
• Represent JP.cars at relevant events and trade shows
