Xiaomi Technology in Poland is seeking a Home Appliance Service Manager to build and lead the local after-sales network for Xiaomi white goods, including refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners. You will standardize service workflows, forecast peak season capacity, and manage KPI-driven performance across partners.

The role requires 3+ years in after-sales and vendor management, strong English, and willingness to travel short-term across Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of after-sales operations and third-party vendor management experience.
• Hands-on in building after-sales service systems and vendor ecosystems from scratch is a plus.
• Fluent in English for daily business communication and vendor negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage local after-sales network across Poland.
• Standardize local SOPs for white goods after-sales services.
• Forecast peak-season installation capacity and allocate resources.
• Monitor work orders and drive KPI delivery with partners.
• Oversee vendor settlement and financial reconciliation.
