Yves & Partners is conducting a confidential search for a Programmatic Sales Manager to lead commercial development in Poland.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Polish programmatic ecosystem, a hunter mindset, and a proven network across media agencies, trading desks and advertisers. You will create opportunities, open doors and turn relationships into revenue with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, business development or equivalent commercial experience in AdTech, programmatic, digital advertising, media or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of the Polish programmatic ecosystem and key players.
• Hunter mindset with track record of creating new business and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial agenda for Poland and build a prioritized pipeline.
• Identify target companies and decision-makers and initiate conversations.
• Activate your Polish network across agencies, trading desks and advertisers to generate qualified opportunities.
• Develop senior-level relationships into genuine partnerships and revenue.
• Lead end-to-end deal orchestration from prospecting to negotiation and activation.
• Collaborate with international teams to remove friction and close deals.
