Job summary

Uplift People Consulting partners with a global digital advertising company to recruit a Sales Manager (Client Partner) for Poland. You will lead sales efforts, manage strategic client relationships, and drive revenue with direct advertisers and agencies.

You’ll mentor a growing sales team, shape market presence, and negotiate multi-million contracts while educating clients on best practices for campaign strategy and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or business management with large or strategic accounts in advertising or media.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms and agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our digital ads business in Poland from strategy to execution.
• Drive and hunt for new business and identify opportunities with brands and agencies.
• Sell our advertising solutions to new and existing clients.
• Build strong relationships with major brands and media agencies, negotiating multi-million contracts.
• Act as a trusted sales advisor, educating clients on best practices, campaign strategy and performance optimization.
• Set sales strategy, drive targets, and support account managers to meet KPIs and SLA while delivering service.
