Job summary

CHC & Heli-One is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for its Rzeszów (Jasionka) location. You will manage end-to-end invoice processing, ensure timely payments, and maintain compliance with Polish accounting rules and internal policies.

The role supports month-end close and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include invoice verification, 2-way/3-way matching, weekly payment runs, and reconciling vendor statements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with Polish accounting standards and VAT & KSEF regulations is a strong advantage.
• Experience in accounts payable and working with ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices following company policies.
• Ensure 2-way/3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice).
• Prepare and review weekly payment runs.
• Validate payment details including bank information, amounts, approvals, and supporting docs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure Polish VAT and KSEF compliance and statutory requirements.
• Respond to vendor inquiries on payment status and remittance details.
• Reconcile payment reports with AP subledger and general ledger.
• Research and resolve payment exceptions and bank returns.
• Post payments to the general ledger and support audits with documentation.
