CHC & Heli-One in Poland seeks an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage end-to-end invoice processing and timely payments. You will ensure 2-way/3-way matching, support month-end close, and maintain compliance with Polish VAT and KSEF regulations, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Minimum qualifications include relevant AP experience and a degree in accounting or finance, plus ERP system exposure to M3, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday. This role is based in Rzeszow.

Qualifications

• Relevant Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Experience with Polish accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• ERP or accounting system experience (M3, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices with company policies.
• Ensure 2-way/3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice).
• Prepare and review weekly payment runs.
• Validate payment details and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and audits with payment documentation.
