Job summary

CHC & Heli-One in Poland is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator based in Rzeszów, Jasionka to manage end-to-end invoice processing, ensure timely payments to vendors, and maintain compliance with Polish accounting regulations.

You will support month-end close, vendor relationships, and drive process improvements within AP, including VAT and KSEF regulatory requirements, 2- and 3-way matching, and accurate posting to the general ledger.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Polish accounting standards.
• Experience with VAT and KSEF regulations (advantage).
• Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (M3, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices per policy.
• Perform 2-way/3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice).
• Prepare and review weekly payment runs.
• Validate payment details and supporting docs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure Polish VAT and KSeF compliance and statutory requirements.
• Respond to vendor inquiries on payment status and remittance details.
• Reconcile payment reports to AP subledger and GL.
• Research and resolve payment exceptions and bank returns.
• Post payments to general ledger and support audits.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and procurement teams.
