Job summary

CHC & Heli-One in Rzeszów, Jasionka seeks an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage end-to-end invoice processing and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors while upholding Polish accounting regulations and internal policies. You will support month-end close, manage vendor relationships, and drive AP process improvements including 2-way/3-way matching and weekly payment runs.

Qualifications

• Relevant Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Experience with Polish accounting standards.
• Experience with VAT and KSEF regulations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policies
• Ensure proper 2-way / 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Prepare and review weekly payment run
• Validate payment details, including bank information, amounts, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with Polish VAT and KSEF regulations and statutory requirements
• Respond to vendor inquiries related to payment status, remittance details, and discrepancies
• Reconcile payment reports to accounts payable subledger and general ledger
• Research and resolve payment exceptions, rejected payments, and bank returns
• Ensure payments are reconciled and posted to the general ledger
• Support internal and external audits by providing payment documentation and reports
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and procurement teams to ensure smooth payment operations
