Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking a Manager with German to lead complex projects and PMO initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology, engage senior stakeholders, and shape governance frameworks within a dynamic PwC environment.

You will work in a hybrid model in Poland, leveraging Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches. Strong English and German communication is essential, along with expertise in Jira/Confluence and MS Project.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects, programmes, or transformations.
• Experience leading PMO functions and governance with external clients and senior stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, risk, change and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
• Leadership skills with ability to engage and build accountability within teams.
• Excellent English and German communication and presentation skills; MS 365 and PM tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and programmes from initiation to closure.
• Define objectives, scope, delivery approach, governance and success criteria.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and quality.
• Establish PMO structures, standards, reporting frameworks and governance processes.
• Prepare status reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Coordinate workstreams delivered by business, technology and partner teams.
• Support clients in designing PMO frameworks tailored to needs.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure effective communication and documentation.
• Lead teams, build engagement and accountability within project teams.
• Develop offerings and assist in business development within PwC network.
