Job summary

PwC Polska is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Project Specialist with German to support end-to-end PMO services for clients in Poland, Germany, and beyond. You will deliver status and risk logs, facilitate decision meetings, and contribute to quality improvements while guiding a small PMO team on projects.

Strong German and English, 2–4 years PMO experience, and solid MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• German and English proficiency mandatory.
• 2–4 years PMO experience or 1–3 years PM experience.
• Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement, and concise status updates.
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end PMO and consulting services to clients in Poland, Germany, and beyond.
• Deliver regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs.
• Facilitate meetings including decision-making sessions.
• Contribute to quality standards and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Lead a small PMO team on projects/programmes or manage simple projects.
• Establish shared docs, tools, and templates for schedule, cost, risk, and change control.
• Support decision making and apply best practices in projects.
