Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking an experienced Manager with German to lead complex projects and PMO initiatives in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will steer governance, budgets and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.

The role requires 7+ years in project/programme management, PMO experience, and fluency in English and German, with hybrid work and ample development opportunities within PwC's global network.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects, programmes or transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading PMO functions, establishing project governance and working with external clients and senior stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models with the ability to adapt approaches.
• Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, risk, change and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
• Leadership skills and the ability to build engagement and accountability within project teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German; proficient in MS 365 and Jira/Confluence/MS Project.
• Proficiency in emerging technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex business and technology projects and programmes from initiation to closure.
• Define objectives, scope, delivery approach, governance, and success criteria.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and quality.
• Establish and develop PMO structures, reporting frameworks and governance processes.
• Prepare status reports, analyses and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams delivered by business, technology and external partner teams.
• Support clients in designing and implementing PM frameworks tailored to needs.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure effective communication and documentation.
