Job summary

PwC Poland’s PMO team is a growing group of project management professionals supporting clients in portfolios, programmes and projects. We seek a Manager with German to lead complex initiatives and establish governance, with delivery across business and technology partners.

You will mentor teams, contribute to service offerings, and collaborate across the PwC global network in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience leading complex projects or programmes.
• Experience in leading PMO functions and governance with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and programmes from initiation to closure.
• Define objectives, scope, delivery approach, governance & success criteria.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and quality.
• Establish PMO structures, standards and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare status reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate workstreams across business, technology and partners.
• Support clients in designing PM frameworks tailored to needs.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure clear communication.
• Adapt delivery methods to changing requirements.
• Lead PMO teams and build engagement and accountability.
• Build trusted relationships across PwC network.
• Contribute to PMO offering and business development.
• Mentor and coach team members.
