• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• 2–3 years in Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in modern C++ development.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments, including debugging and performance analysis.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring software teams.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, OOP, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience working with Git and Agile methodologies, including Jira.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Availability to work from the Kraków office five days per week.

Tasks

Requirements

• Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP), and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience working with Git and Agile methodologies, including Jira.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Availability to work from the Kraków office 5 days per week.
