Job summary

Flix is seeking a motivated Technical Operations Manager to own the operational relationship with API partners and lead cross-functional projects that scale our platform globally.

You will manage partner onboarding, inventory health across integration models, and act as the operational counterpart for country teams, delivering data-driven improvements and delivering reliable partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years in operations, project management or B2B roles.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Comfortable in a technical environment with API integrations and data understanding.
• Able to set goals, structure work, and find creative workarounds to meet needs.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Team player in an international environment; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own partner integration and inventory across all models (self-service, manual, hybrid, API).
• Handle B2B partners, guiding them through onboarding and resolving issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve onboarding, integration quality, and partner/customer experience.
• Support country organizations by translating needs into operational solutions.
• Be an expert user of internal tools and collaborate with Engineers to enable new opportunities.
