Job summary

HeadHR seeks a dedicated Platform Engineer to join a global AI-powered platform team responsible for delivering AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency across enterprise tech. You will identify opportunities with product teams, build production-ready prototypes, and help integrate AI into existing platforms.

The role requires strong Python, SQL, data analysis, and backend service development, plus knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Excellent Python programming skills.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and operational metrics.
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Experience with AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate AI use cases together with product teams.
• Build prototypes and transform them into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI-powered services integrated with enterprise platforms.
• Design APIs and integrate with existing systems and data sources.
• Define KPIs and continuously improve delivered solutions.
• Contribute reusable engineering assets, templates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams in an Agile environment.
