Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking engineers to build AI systems beyond notebooks, turning architectures into production services on Azure, AWS, or GCP. You will work across generative and classical AI stacks, ensuring reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include building knowledge-grounded AI systems, deploying ML pipelines, and optimizing model serving infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on data quality and latency management.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills suitable for production services.
• Practical experience shipping AI/ML systems to production.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP AI/ML services.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps: versioning, experiments, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and Polish.
• Residing in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge-grounded AI systems end-to-end: data ingestion, embedding pipelines, retrieval, and response generation.
• Develop agentic applications with planning loops, memory management, and guardrails.
• Maintain ML pipelines for prediction, classification, recommendation, and optimization.
• Deploy and optimize model serving infrastructure: APIs, batching, caching, GPU usage, cost management across cloud.
• Write clean, production-grade Python code.
• Build evaluation and monitoring pipelines: quality checks, drift detection, latency tracking, human-in-the-loop feedback.
• Work with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services to implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and data engineers on design and data quality.
