Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking engineers to build AI systems outside notebooks, turning architectures into production services. You’ll write Python, wire cloud infrastructure, and tackle data quality, latency, evaluation, and deployment to run AI reliably in production.

You’ll work across generative and classical AI stacks, integrating LLMs, training ML models, and keeping systems running on Azure, AWS, or GCP with a focus on production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in software or ML engineering with production AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python skills and production-grade code experience.
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy knowledge-grounded AI systems end-to-end.
• Develop agentic applications with tool integrations and memory management.
• Maintain ML pipelines for prediction, classification, and optimization.
• Deploy and optimize model serving infra across cloud providers.
• Write clean, tested Python code for production services.
• Build evaluation and monitoring pipelines and drift detection.
