Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group in Łódź is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our Lodz Factory. You will implement and monitor the global HR strategy, manage HR processes, and advise the local management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and as HRM.
• Experience managing social partners is mandatory.
• Fluent in Polish and English – written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, people management and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment law and industrial relations in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Build HR reputation by implementing best practice HR solutions and reporting.
• Manage relations with social partners and labour law compliance.
• Communicate and manage global HR processes with focus on compliance.
• Oversee HR administration for the factory.
• Lead and implement people-oriented and organizational solutions.
