Job summary

Ferrero Polska Management Services sp. z o.o. is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for our production plant in Belsk Duży, Poland.

You will lead and support H&S activities, ensure compliance with legal and internal standards, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor and with contractors. The role requires 7+ years in H&S within a production setting, strong communication, proactive leadership, and the ability to coordinate across functions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Health & Safety or related field.
• 7+ years of professional H&S experience in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the execution of H&S activities at plant level and ensure alignment with operational strategy.
• Identify, assess and reduce H&S risks; ensure compliance with legal and internal standards on shopfloor and with contractors.
• Contribute to incident investigations, root cause analysis and preventive/corrective actions; monitor H&S KPIs and ensure use of internal tools.
• Support implementation of the emergency organization and promote a strong safety culture; develop people in the area of responsibility.
